For a test of skill, dexterity and a quieter way of hitting a target, archery is an entertaining way of spending some time. Archery is ideal to complement the more energetic activities and is available all year round in an indoor range, so the weather need not be a deterrent.

As with all our activities it is challenging and competitive It is on offer to experienced and not so experienced from 12 years of age upwards and is carried out with the Longbow ranging in draw weight from 14lb to 40lb. Both right-hand and left-hand bows are available.

Your instructor will carefully show each person how to use bow and how to stand and sight correctly before being allowed to start a competition . This is a popular activity and can become quite addictive, as there is always room for improvement.

For €20 a session our instructors will gladly help maximise enjoyment and help attain perfection. So if you fancy yourself as a modern day Robin Hood or William Tell let the fun begin
